Designed for full-size e-bike batteries, the XXL gives you a dedicated place to charge and store your battery indoors without leaving it exposed in a hallway, garage, or living space. It holds up to 777 Wh and provides 24.0 inches of internal length for most common e-bike packs. If a battery fails, the steel enclosure contains the fire while the filtered lid helps control flame, smoke, and soot.

Set the battery inside, pass the charging cable through the fire-collar opening, and place the charger on the magnetic stand. Once latched, the pack remains enclosed for the entire charge. The same box can store the battery between rides.
An e-bike pack stores far more energy than a small RC battery. A LiPo bag may catch debris, while an ammo can or improvised setup still needs safe venting and offers no filtration. The XXL combines insulation, exhaust filtration, and protected cable routing in one ready-to-use box. Used for charging and storage between rides, it’s a practical one-time safeguard against property damage, disruption, and an insurance claim.

Check the Wh number and physical fit
The XXL is rated for up to 777 Wh. A 500 Wh e-bike battery is within the limit; a 777 Wh battery is at the maximum. Add together the watt-hours of every battery inside.
Most e-bike batteries list Wh on the label. If only voltage and amp-hours are shown, multiply them to calculate watt-hours. Leave room around the pack for the cells to expand if one fails.

Your battery fits within the 240 x 165 x 610 mm / 9.4 x 6.5 x 24.0 in charging space
There’s room around the battery for cell expansion
Check both dimensions and watt-hours. The XL may be enough for compact batteries below 450Wh; batteries above 777 Wh require a higher-capacity solution.
